We want you to know how we produce the customized Paper Pads for the Big KING Flipchart.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each sheet measures 45″x34.25\u201d.<\/p>\n

THE PAPER PADS SET FOR KING IS MADE OF 4 PADS.
\nEACH PAD HAS 22 SHEETS.<\/h2>\n

We pack two pads into a special cardboard pipe with a diameter of 4″ and a height of 46.5″.
\nThese pipes are perfect for relaying the best protection and facilitating storage, transport and handling.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Look at the Paper Pads<\/span><\/a><\/div>

Here’s how the production is done.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • the paper mill supplies us with pallets of 5,000 sheets cut to size 34.2″x44,9″.<\/li>\n
  • Tiziana counts 22 sheets and Sandro binds them on the long side with a stapler with 5 staples.<\/li>\n
  • for each metal point we apply a protective sticker.
    \nThe sticker ensures the aesthetics of the pad as well as the safety of our valued customers.<\/li>\n
  • once this operation is completed, the block is laid out on the workbench.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    This continues until all the paper on the pallet is finished.<\/p>\n

    When all the pads are ready, they are packed in the special cardboard pipes.<\/p>\n

    We take two pads at a time and do a 100% visual quality control.<\/p>\n

    If we find a pad showing some problems (ears on the corners, folds and wrinkles, stains or other paper defects) we reject it.<\/p>\n

    We carefully roll up two pads and we fix them with paper bands.<\/p>\n

    Afterwards the two pads are inserted into a pipe which is properly closed.<\/p>\n

    The final package for the shipment consists of a box having exact dimensions to allocate the two pipes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
