Sales reserved for businesses and professionals<\/h2>\n

Purchases made through flipchart.it are reserved exclusively for businesses, companies, public or private entities, organisations, self-employed persons and professionals purchasing products for purposes primarily connected with their business, commercial, craft, institutional or professional activities.<\/p>\n

Orders placed by individuals for purposes unrelated, or not primarily related, to any business, commercial, craft or professional activity they may carry out are not accepted.<\/p>\n

By submitting an order and accepting the Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Customer declares that the purchase is being made in connection with their professional or business activity and that they are not acting as a consumer within the meaning of Article 3(1)(a) of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005.<\/p>\n

Verification of business information and order cancellation<\/h2>\n

100% IDEA SRL reserves the right to request additional information or documentation when the information supplied by the Customer is insufficient to confirm the business nature of the purchase.<\/p>\n

If the information provided is missing, incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent with a purchase made in connection with a business, commercial, craft, institutional or professional activity, 100% IDEA SRL may suspend the processing of the order or cancel it, informing the Customer accordingly.<\/p>\n

If an order is cancelled by 100% IDEA SRL, any amounts already received will be refunded without undue delay using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.<\/p>\n

Exclusion of the consumer\u2019s right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n

The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code does not apply to contracts concluded between 100% IDEA SRL and its business customers.<\/p>\n

Customers therefore have no automatic right to return products within 14 days due to a change of mind, reconsideration or an error in selecting the product.<\/p>\n

For the same reason, the online withdrawal function provided for in Article 54-bis of the Italian Consumer Code for distance contracts concluded with consumers does not apply to contracts concluded with business customers.<\/p>\n

Request to cancel an order before shipment<\/h2>\n

The Customer may request the cancellation of an order by writing to:<\/p>\n

order@flipchart.it<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

The request may be accepted provided that the order has not yet been prepared, customised, handed over to the carrier or entered a stage of processing that can no longer be reversed.<\/p>\n

A cancellation request does not take effect automatically. The cancellation will become effective only after written confirmation from 100% IDEA SRL.<\/p>\n

Commercial returns agreed with the Customer<\/h2>\n

Once an order has been shipped or delivered, there is no automatic right to return the products.<\/p>\n

However, 100% IDEA SRL may, at its sole discretion, consider a commercial return request submitted by the Customer.<\/p>\n

A return may take place only after:<\/p>\n

  1. the Customer has submitted a written request;<\/li>\n
  2. 100% IDEA SRL has expressly accepted the request;<\/li>\n
  3. the Customer has received the applicable return conditions, instructions and return address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Acceptance of a specific return does not constitute recognition of a general right of withdrawal and does not create a precedent for future orders.<\/p>\n

    Where applicable, the return authorisation will specify the criteria used to calculate any refund and any costs to be borne by the Customer.<\/p>\n
