You have 14 (fourteen) days starting from when you receive your purchase from www.flipchart.it to be eligible for a return.
\nThe items and the packing must be unused and in the same condition you’ve received them.
\nThe products must be in their original packing for granting the adequate protection for the return.
\nAny return of goods must be agreed ahead of time, please write to order@flipchart.it<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Shipping:<\/strong> the Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable: we\u2019ll charge the customer the shipping expenses referred to the return, included the export and\/or import taxes.

As provided by the law, otherwise shall be invalid, the right of return and refund must be activated by sending an email to order@flipchart.it
\n100%IDEA SRL provides this right of cancellation by taking agreements via email to order@flipchart.it<\/p>\n

Shipping: the Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable: we\u2019ll charge the customer the shipping expenses referred to the return, including the export and\/or import taxes.
\nAll the costs faced for handling the return will be paid by the Customer.<\/p>\n

Contact us via email at order@flipchart.it for arranging the collection of the goods.
\nOnce we receive the goods, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.<\/p>\n

We will immediately check the conditions of the returned products and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
\nYou will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. This will be done in the shortest possible time.
\nAs told, 100%IDEA SRL will verify the quality of the return and report any tampering or damage reducing the value of the product.
\nIn this case, after having reported the results of the quality inspection, if any damage has been estimated, the refund will be done by deducting the amount spent for the shipment and refurbish\/repair of the product.<\/p>\n
